Did you know .... that hair sheds more depending on the season???
Your hair grows in 3 different phases.
Anagen - which is the "growth phase" which lasts 3-6 months
Catagen - which is the "transitional phase" which lasts a couple of weeks
Telogen - which is the "resting phase" which lasts about 3 months
During the telogen phase of the hair, which usually sets in towards the end of summer and beginning of autumn, the hair is resting rather than growing, and so shedding becomes more noticeable.

Did you know.... One of the main culprits for hair loss is severe stress. There is usually about a 3 month delay between the stressful event or time period and your hair falling out. It should only last for as long as you are going through that particular period of stress or anxiety. And as always be kind to your scalp and hair!
